Cursor-paginated. `subscription_ids` (comma-separated) narrows to those feeds; omitted, every subscription. Read items are left out unless `include_read=true`.
Mark every item of some (or all) feeds read POST
`subscription_ids` narrows it; omitted (or an empty body), every subscription. Ids that are not the caller's mark nothing.
