Subscribe to a feed
The URL is fetched and parsed first (public http(s) targets only — `unsafe_url` otherwise). A feed that cannot be used is 400 with `details.reason` (`feed-unreachable`, `feed-empty`, `feed-not-rss`, `feed-gone`, `feed-blocked`, `feed-forbidden`, `feed-not-found`). An already-subscribed feed is 200 with the existing subscription; a new one 201. Past the feed limit, 429.
Sends a real request with your token. Prefer a read-only token; it is kept in this browser's storage.
