Unread items across the caller's enabled feeds

Sends a real request with your token. Prefer a read-only token; it is kept in this browser's storage.

Cursor-paginated. `subscription_ids` (comma-separated) narrows to those feeds; omitted, every subscription. Read items are left out unless `include_read=true`.
