curl -X DELETE 'https://www.ressource.social/api/v1/comments/string'Comment in one thread of a source POST
The author is the caller. `@username` mentions notify the people named who can read the thread; the owner and a replied-to author are notified as in the app. A reply's `parent_comment_id` must be in the same thread (400). A thread the caller may not write to is 403 — a community they are not a member of, someone else's notes, the public thread of a source that is not public. Past the comment limits, 429.
One comment thread of a source, oldest first GET
Flat and cursor-paginated: `parent_comment_id` says where a reply goes. The thread is the public one unless `organization_id` (a community the source is shared in — members only) or `is_note=true` (the owner's notes — the owner only) names another; a thread the caller may not read is 403, a source they cannot open 404.
